Discreetly nestled in the rear garden of a classic Victorian home, this bespoke music studio blends robust engineering with thoughtful design. Built from the ground up, the structure sits on solid mass concrete foundations, with walls constructed from dense 7kN concrete blocks—each weighing 25kg—to provide exceptional sound isolation.

Above, a carefully layered roof system combines 15mm sound block with 18mm WBP plywood, supported by precision-engineered composite timber joists, factory-ordered for strength and stability. The walls rise directly from the structural slab, while the ceiling is suspended from the timber joists—creating a fully decoupled envelope ideal for pristine audio performance.
