Where sound meets silence—an elite recording facility built for a leading record label.

This versatile space features a range of fully floated environments, including a high-performance live room, precision-tuned control rooms, a sleek conference room, and a dedicated content creation studio for filming and audio production. Each room is built on a mass concrete floating floor system, with isolated shell walls and ceilings resting directly on the floating base—delivering exceptional acoustic separation.

One of the most unique and complex challenges of the project was combatting electromagnetic interference from underground train lines nearby. To ensure absolute audio clarity, the entire facility was enclosed within a purpose-built Faraday cage, effectively shielding it from disruptive EM fields and preserving signal integrity throughout the space.

Inside, every room is acoustically refined with carefully balanced low and high-frequency treatments, seamlessly integrated into the walls and ceilings. Finished with stretched fabric and bespoke joinery, the interiors reflect the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail as the sonic environment itself.
