This cutting-edge audio and picture facility features two state-of-the-art theatres - a grading room and a dubbing room - as well as a four meticulously designed edit suites, all engineered for exceptional performance. Each room is fully floated—built on a hybrid floating floor system that supports isolated shell walls and ceilings, ensuring superior sound isolation throughout.

To deliver pristine acoustics, the rooms are treated with a combination of low and high-frequency absorbers, seamlessly integrated into walls and ceilings. Finishing touches include stretched fabric panels and bespoke joinery, blending technical precision with refined aesthetics.
