Designed as a fully isolated control room, this immersive audio space is built for precision and performance. The foundation is a mass concrete floating floor, engineered to eliminate vibration and external noise. Walls rise directly from this base, while the ceiling is suspended using a resilient hanger system—creating a truly isolated acoustic environment.

Inside, the room is tuned to perfection with a mix of low and high-frequency absorbers, carefully integrated into the walls and ceilings. Elegant stretched fabric and custom joinery finishes complete the space, blending acoustic science with sleek, modern design.
